US District Court Upholds Right To Conceal in Maryland; Resources for Gun Owners

U.S. District Court Judge Benson Everette Judgement Regarding Concealed Carry



According to District Court Judge Everette, Maryland's desire to control the amount of firearms carried by residents is unconstitutional.

The Woodland v. Sheridan decision this week upholds the Second Amendment "right to bear arems is not limited to the home." In addition, the Court added citizens should not be required to submit a "good and substantial reason" when applying for a concealed carry permit.
